freddybetancesFreddy started his career in the automobile business in South Florida in car sales. He continued selling after moving to the Washington, D.C. area and was a top salesperson for three years. His success led him to a promotion to F&I, where he quickly became a top performer. Once in F&I his strong sales performance led to another promotion to F&I Director. As a director he was responsible for leading, training, motivating and developing a team of six F&I managers.

Freddy's next move was to the JM&A Group, where he served as a top F&I Specialist before being promoted to District Manager in Wisconsin. He successfully grew his district and built strong relationships all over southeast Wisconsin. The inevitable promotion to Regional Manager came, which gave Freddy a chance to once again manage a team. He managed as many as four District Managers at a time while continuing to work with dealers and their F&I Managers.

The last two years Freddy spent as Vice President of Sales Operations for the Ewald Automotive Group in Wisconsin. He is excited about the opportunity to use his experience and relationships to grow this business as a partner with F&I Solutions.
