Kenneth Tonkin while attending Ga. State University started in the automotive business in 1987 selling cars in Atlanta, Georgia. After selling cars for 8 months, he was promoted to finance manager. After receiving his business degree, Kenneth was promoted to Finance Director. Over the next few years, he had the opportunity to master every position including leading up to General Manager.

In 2002, Kenneth joined the JM&A group as an F&I specialist. He was promoted in seven months to District Manager then Regional Manager covering six states, over 60 stores in the Midwest. Being able to work for JM&A and winning the "Gold Star of Excellence" only helped Kenneth expand his desire to keep moving up the ladder including Vice President over a 20 store dealership group.

Using his twenty two years experience from the Southeast throughout the Midwest, Kenneth partnered up with F&I Solutions wanting to help Dealers achieve their maximum potential by training in all aspects of their business. He works with dealerships in Minnesota, North and South Dakota, Iowa, Ohio and Arkansas. Kenneth lives in Prior Lake, MN with his wife and four children.
