thomasdicksonThomas started selling cars in 2002 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. His fist month in the business he sold 19 cars and never looked back. Nine months after he started in the car business he took an F&I position at BMW of Little Rock where he raised the dealership PVR from around $500 to over $1,000 in a very short time. He has held several management positions from Finance Manager to General Sales Manager.

Thomas enjoyed and excelled at the sales side of the auto business, but his reputation has been built on moving the needle in F&I. He has consistently been able to raise dealership numbers to levels they have never seen before. He joined the F&I Solutions Group to do what he loves and dealers love him to do: move the PVR! Thomas lives in Fort Smith, Arkansas with his wife Misty and their three children.
