FAST Dealer Management System is broken into four modules. Deal Management, Sales Management, Inventory Management, and BHPH Management. Each module creates a systematic approach to running your dealership. FAST2 now supports SMS Alerts! Stay in the drivers seat even when you are away from the dealership.
DEAL MANAGEMENT
In Deal Management users have the ability to work 4 deals side by side, managing loan to value, payment and gross all on the same screen. This streamlines a dealerships process achieving closed sales in record time while maintaining maximum gross profit!
Manage new and existing business all on the same screen at the same time! This exciting tool will streamline the process for any desk or finance manager while incorporating a bar-coding system for speed and ease of use.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
In Inventory Management the dashboard is used to manage the flow of both clear and pending inventory as vehicles age.
A user can use many different options to refine their search. From this screen a user can import Karpower Blue Book Values to the system. Vehicle Information tracks General Information, Maintenance Transactions, Flooring Transactions and Test Drives History.
SALES MANAGEMENT
In Sales Management the dashboard is used to manage the flow of customer surveys. Each survey has a status that changes throughout the process. From the dashboard, users can work on customer follow ups, open or start surveys, create insurance requests that are sent to an agent of the Dealers choice, log test drives in the dealer plate log and much more. Sales management logs application and deal count numbers for the day, month and year. All numbers on the dashboard are linked to the information behind it. Information can be broken down by company wide or an individual employees surveys.
BHPH MANAGEMENT
In Buy Here Pay Here Management, the dashboard is used to manage the overall status of a dealerships finance portfolio. The main screen functions as a control panel displaying general account information and deal status. The BHPH menu categorizes current and late accounts, and also gives live summarized totals of the entire portfolio balance and suggested monthly revenue.
This console also acts as the main menu and a starting point for every account in the system. From this menu the user is able to collect payments, print receipts, and even estimate payoff amounts.
